Signal Match — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-17
Signal Match ("the App") is developed as a single-player puzzle game. This policy explains what data the App collects and why.
What we collect
The App itself does not require an account, does not collect your name, email, or any personal contact information, and does not run its own analytics or tracking.
Campaign progress, settings (such as reduced motion), lives, and Cores balance are stored only on your device using local app storage. This data is never transmitted to us and is deleted if you uninstall the App.
Account deletion
Signal Match does not currently create user accounts, so there is no server-side account to delete. You can remove local Signal Match data by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's storage in Android settings.
If Signal Match later adds account creation, it must provide both an authenticated in-app account deletion flow and a separate signed-out public HTTPS deletion information page for Google Play. The public URL must explain what is deleted or retained and must not be a backend callable/function ID. Support fallback requests should never ask users to email passwords, tokens, or other secrets.
Advertising
The current Android build does not show third-party ads, does not include the Google Mobile Ads SDK, and does not request the Advertising ID permission. Older internal-test builds briefly tested rewarded ads, but ads are disabled in this production-candidate build.
If optional rewarded ads are reintroduced later, we will update this policy and the Google Play declarations before releasing that build. Google services may process data consistent with Google's own privacy policy.
Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. The App uses Google Play services for Android distribution, Google Play Billing for Cores purchases, and Play Games Services for optional achievements/sign-in. These Google services may process diagnostics, app interactions, device identifiers, purchase information, or account-related data under Google's policies.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change with it.
